Free storage

As a courtesy to our customers, Urban Surfaces offers free product storage for 14 days starting on the date of purchase.

• After 14 days, a storage fee of $10 per day will be applied.
• Storage fee applies to any complete order remaining in our warehouse.
• Applicable storage fees must be paid before materials will be released.

In-store purchase and will-call pick up

• The customer must present an original receipt at the time of pick up.
• Urban Surfaces reserves the right to hold merchandise until verification of purchaser is made.

Designating someone to pick up your merchandise

If someone besides the purchaser is picking up merchandise, you can designate someone.

You can designate anyone to pick up your merchandise.

Here's what to do:

1. Provide the name and information of the person.
2. Designate a person at checkout or via Customer Service at (800) 492-8722.
3. Authorize Urban Surfaces to release your merchandise to the designated person.
4. Designated person must show a government-issued photo I.D. verification when picking up merchandise.

Picking up your merchandise

Before you drive away, please to do this:

• Inspect the merchandise
• Check the quantity
• Check model number, color and batch numbers

If something doesn't match the sales receipt, please tell the manager.

When you sign the sales receipt

Your signature at the time of pick up means:

• You agree that your order has been received in full.
• You agree your order is correct.

Once you have left the premises, no discrepancies can be claimed.
