We met with Carlos Rivera, owner of Los Angeles’ own Rivera’s Floor Covering, to learn more about him and his journey. Watch as Carlos tells his story of a humble beginning that led to a successful and thriving business.
Carlos’ inspiring story began with him working in a carpet store. He rented a space in the store to sell flooring supplies, but his only customers were installers who worked in that same store. Instead of seeing limitations, he saw potential. He started delivering supplies, and it wasn’t long before he opened his own business. Once established, he expanded his inventory beyond supplies, selling flooring as well. That was nearly 30 years ago, and his business has only grown. Carlos’ story is a true example of the American dream realized.
